List names and asurites of agents for your new JSM. Queue access requires an agent license and is best used by the people on your team who will triage and handle these requests.


For any agents in your list without agent licenses, please use “JSM Agent Access“ to request new licenses (so we can keep track of our limited JSM licenses). We will let you know which users need new agent licenses.
