Atlassian Admin Requests

Welcome! You can raise a request for Atlassian Admin Requests using the options provided.

General

Select is focused , press Down to open the menu,

Jira & Confluence Access - New / Remove / Modify

Required fields are marked with an asterisk

 

Select the type of user management request.

For New user(s) access: In the Description field (below) enter enter any special Jira Groups user(s) will need. (Most users won't need special Jira Groups.) Add any other special instructions you think we will need.

To add someone as an Approver in a specific JSM, this request should be submitted by the JSM project owner/lead.

Note: We assume a project-level administrator will add the user(s) to the appropriate Project Roles.

 

Check "Yes" if the new user will approve JSM requests in a required workflow step.

 

Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) accounts are asurite@asu.edu email addresses. Enter the users' ASURITE ID(s) and we'll convert to the corresponding email(s). If more than one, separate by commas.
Full name(s) of the person/people who need(s) new, removed, or updated Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) access. If more than one, separate by commas.
